Caffeine drinks and Its Health Effects


Caffeine drinks are regarded as essential part of the daily course of most of us. Caffeine is a good stimulant of the central nervous system in the body. Thus people prefer having a cup of coffee to regain their vitality. Caffeine drinks including coffee, tea are considered pre-work out drinks that improve the fight responses of the body.

In spite of its good effects, one should control his intake of such drinks to save himself from the risk of addicting it. The ordinary person can have 4 cups of caffeine drinks per day only. If the person takes more than that he might be at risk and he should try to reduce the amount he takes "gradually" to avoid the harmful symptoms of the abrupt withdrawal such as severe headache.

Caffeine really helps in being more active due to the increase of the adrenaline
level in blood that causes the increase of heart bites and the stimulation of the central nervous center of man. Caffeine can also provide body with energy and affect on the psychological conditions of man by giving him spirit throughout the day. Yet, consuming a large amount of caffeine has many side effects including some heart diseases, headache due to the continuous feeling of restlessness and sleeplessness.
