French Food Habits for Ideal Body


In spite of consisting of many fatty foods, French food habits are the ideal way for having ideal body with the least effort. There are certain rules that French people adopt for staying slim while eating such as:

• Low amount of fatty food

• Eating slow meals in small portions which equal less consumption and better chewing for food.

• Eat for pleasure with weight control plan in you head. If you ate large amount of carbohydrate, you have to make more exercises to burn it.

• Don't reward children with fatty foods or desserts; instead give them healthy food with bright colors and preferable way.
