  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, rinsed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped

  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse white beans under cold water.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
