  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, rolled oats, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
