- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

- Add heavy cream, scraping up browned bits from the pan; simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes).
- Slice chicken and add it back to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss together, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
