- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti (regular or whole wheat)
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- Optional: Sear the chicken breasts in a hot pan until golden brown.
- Place chicken in the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over it. Top with cream cheese, onions, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked spaghetti and enough water to cover them completely. Stir occasionally until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix well before serving topped with Parmesan cheese.
