  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic and slice steak against the grain.
  2. Cook Noodles: Boil salted water in a large pot, add egg noodles, and cook until al dente (6-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear Steak: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add steak in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce.
  5. Combine: Return steak to the skillet along with drained noodles; toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
