  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (whole leaves)
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mince the chicken breasts in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and half of the Caesar dressing. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 1-inch thick.

  5. Drizzle remaining Caesar dressing over each patty while hot to enhance flavor.
