Description

Marry Me Chicken combines succulent chicken breasts with a luscious creamy garlic sauce, creating a dish that’s not only delicious but also perfect for impressing guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano and basil)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and dried herbs to the skillet; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan to lift browned bits. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  5. 5. Fold in fresh spinach and simmer on low for about 5 minutes until wilted.
  6. 6. Serve hot over pasta or rice, drizzled with extra sauce.
