  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 packs (6 oz each) ramen noodles
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced or shredded
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and slicing beef.
  2. In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil and cook the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Toss in broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots; sauté for another 3-5 minutes until slightly soft.
  5. Stir in cooked ramen noodles along with soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
