- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup diced carrots

- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add carrots and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in ground beef and pork; season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth and let simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or circles. Fill with the meat mixture, fold, and seal edges.
- Brush tops with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
