How to Make Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Stir in the minced garlic with the beef and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Then, pour in the marinara sauce and mix well until it's evenly combined with the beef.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a baking dish, start the layering process with a layer of sauce, followed by 3 no-boil noodles, half the cheese mixture, the beef mixture, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat the layering until you reach the top.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
