Ingredients

For the Meat Filling
  • 1 lb lean ground beef a great source of protein that enhances the dish's heartiness
  • 6 strips crispy bacon adds a savory crunch that elevates the flavor profile
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced infuses the lasagna with rich, aromatic goodness
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese brings a nutty depth to the dish; use fresh for the best flavor
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese contributes creaminess and balances the robust flavors of the meat and bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese guarantees that melty, gooey texture we all crave in lasagna
For the Noodles and Sauce
  • 2 cups marinara sauce the perfect base that ties all the layers together

Equipment

  • large skillet
  • baking dish
  • mixing bowl

Method

How to Make Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once done, remove and set aside. In the same skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic with the beef and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Then, pour in the marinara sauce and mix well until it's evenly combined with the beef.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese with half of the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a baking dish, start the layering process with a layer of sauce, followed by 3 no-boil noodles, half the cheese mixture, the beef mixture, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat the layering until you reach the top.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
